5. To fix the Black Screen issue make sure that your game resolution is matching your Desktop resolution.

6. Try to install the game on an SDD

Right-click MyComputer > Properties > AdvancedSystemSettings > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Change Virtual Memory. Set page file for C drive to be anything high (around 5GB)

Also, a few users reported that if they use the 30fps Lock they have more performance issues. So try to disable this function.
