Absolver is a new online melee action game that puts you behind the mask of a Prospect under control of the Guides, the new rulers of the fallen Adal Empire, who will determine your worth in joining their elite corps of Absolvers.

The game is developed by Sloclap for PC and PlayStation 4, for the PC version of the game, the developers chose Unreal Engine 4 for developing and it runs pretty well.

With almost 2,000 Positive Reviews on Steam, players are satisfied with the game, but a few of them encounter some game breaking errors and bugs. It seems that a persisting error is related to the servers, players are unable to connect to them and they encounter network issues.

Other common Absolver errors are crashes like “Game stopped working!” or Performance Issues, mainly horrible Lag and some fps issues.

The developers of the game said that they are aware of all of the issues that are breaking the game at this moment and that they will come with fixes soon:

We are aware that some players are facing big lag issues, preventing them from enjoying the online experience in Absolver.
We apologize for the rocky start, the team is working night and day to improve this. We have a couple of major fixes in the works, which should be deployed next week and should improve these issues. Thank you for your patience!”

If that’s not the case, search for your issue below and use our solution to fix it.

#1 Absolver Server Issues/Network Problems

Some players are really irritated about these server issues that are keeping them from joining a server and playing the game.  It seems that the game took a big influx of players and they just weren’t ready for the amount that tried to be on at the same time. It can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to fully fix a problem, but the developers are trying to fix that. It can take that long because the developers are indie so it will be hard for them.

Our team is aware of the network issues that are being encountered by members of the community. We want to let you know that fixing this is a top priority for us, and we are working hard to resolve any issues regarding game lag or server problems.

We should have more information regarding estimated fixes for these issues tomorrow afternoon CET (morning PST).

Thank you all for your patience and continued support of Absolver!

#3 Absolver Crashes

For some players, the game crashes after about 3 to 8 minutes playtime and they are sent back to desktop with no error or they receive “Game Stopped Working”. Other players, press new game and when its about to enter the customisation, the game crashes.

If your game crashes while editing your combat deck, follow the tips below:

So I have had issues while editing my combat deck where I would crash randomly in it. I have now been able to succefully recreate the circumstances that will make your game crash almost every single time. If you have made it far enough to unlock all slots for your combat deck, DO NOT leave an empty slot inbetween two cards while unequipping moves. This had made my game crash almost every single time I’ve done it so be aware. Make sure to unequip starting with the 1st card to the 3rd and not in some random order as to not crash your game. I will also be pointing this out to the devs. Cheers.
